Integrating Saber Feedback with Basecamp
Create a Basecamp ‘todo’ when a feedback report is submitted.
From your Saber Feedback dashboard, view the appropriate feedback form, then go to Integrations.
Find Basecamp in the list of integrations and click Connect.
If you are not currently signed into your Basecamp account, you'll be redirected to the Basecamp website to sign in.
After signing in to Basecamp, you will then be prompted to grant permission to your Saber Feedback account:
Click the green Yes, I’ll allow access button. You’ll now be able to set up your Basecamp integration:
Basecamp (Project)
Choose to which Basecamp you would like Saber Feedback integrate with.
Todo List
Choose to which todo list you would like Saber Feedback to create todos. If your project doesn't have a Todo List, you'll need to create one in Basecamp.
Todo Name
This allows you to define the name of the todos submitted through Saber Feedback. If the name contains {{summary}}, this will be replaced with a summary of the feedback reports description.
The Todo Name field can contain dynamic text.
